Sorry to hear you had a bad interaction. We have several young new staffers and have reviewed proper phone etiquette with them. It's an important part of the learning process for the local High School teens we employ. For most, it is their first real job experience.

Last week, I picked up my order of 50 tshirts for a workshop and promotion from Cougar Headquarters. Although there had to be a little bit of a rush to get them printed in time, the ladies at the store were incredibly kind and accommodating.

I picked up my son's lawn banner and the ladies were very warm and welcoming. Their shop can handle anything school spirit related and then some! Great customer service!!!!
