Bought a Samsung fridge for nearly 1000, it was delivered and the packaging was well done, due to a family death the kitchen refurbishment was put on hold so fridge went into storage, the refurb took place over a month after the death of my sister, the fridge freezer was moved into kitchen, opened up the packaging to find really bad dents in both doors, Reliant TV have said because it's over 28 days there's nothing they will do, I'm left with a fridge that is totally ruining my new kitchen, totally disgusted with their service
