This is obviously an error ... we do not know who this person is and we have never had any contact with them. It appears that this gentlemen is from SC and we are in MA. Would you please remove this review when you receive this message? It is appreciated since it is clearly a mistake. Maybe you confused us with Avalon Bay who we have no affiliation with? Hopefully this will be removed by Google or by this person. Thank you

We spent over 56 hours working this client and made multiple plan changes and provided 6 separate estimates. He signed a plan agreement with non refundable deposit and asked for his money back after we did 6 months of work. In spite of our sincere efforts and signing our plan agreement, he requested his money back and threatened a negative review as leverage. If we hadnt worked so much and so long on his changes, we would have refunded his money.

Do NOT do business with this company. They ask you to pay a $3,000 fee to basically get a quote, then they do a horrible job and never respond. I wasted so much time and was so disappointed. Do yourself a favor and call a different modular home builder. Lesson learned, but don't make the same mistake!

Spent about 10 minutes on the phone with their representative and essentially went to school on modular home construction. She was amazing. I won't be using them for this project but now I want to find a project where I can use them. Honest, upfront, educational.
