Sent in a quote request using their online form on Monday the 24th for a small print job. It's now the 29th and I've yet to hear back from them. I feel I've been plenty patient waiting for a quote. Four business days is enough to at least contact a customer. I was trying to support a local business but it's fine..a chain store like Staples will print what I need just fine too.
