Pretty nice setup inside, however I felt like if I didn't pull up in a Bently then I was just wasting everyone's time. Also, the hours of operation are really inconvienant for a retail store - they close fairly early on the weekdays and aren't open on Sunday. Having small kids it took me almost a month just to make it to the store because of the hours.

May be good for general retail sales of off-the-shelf products. But, contacting them to see if they have a small amplifier to power my passive subwoofer was met with condescension. No matter how I tried to help the representative to understand my needs so that he could either recommend the appropriate component or refer me elsewhere, he was more interested in making me feel as though my sound system was inferior and not worth his time.

I have worked with Andrew Davis and his team setting up security and the AV system at my new home. Gramophone has been terrific. First, they were willing to work within my budget. Second, they have excellent equipment and service, and their install was clean and efficient. And finally, their post-installation service has been excellent. I have called on numerous occasions for help with learning my systems or just to work out glitches, and they always have been extremely responsive, even when I reach out on weekends. I highly recommend working with this Company.

Great customer service and selection of products. We have made many purchases here over the years for multiple homes and always been happy. Andrew helped us with our last purchase - he helped us go through all the options and chose a surround sound system and with the installation. We will definitely come back for future needs.
