Traveled out of state, passing through. I broke down. Chose the dealership based off being out of town and looking for nearest manufacture's place of service. Made this aware with service advisor. After receiving an outstanding bill for a simple part replacement & without a phone call for an estimate, the vehicle was repaired. The cost in my opinion was a little outrageous. called several days before to get my price before driving 8 hours back to them my service advisor never returned a single phone call. Very unprofessional
I apologize for your inconvenience. We try very hard to answer every question. We do have a requirement that every person taking a test drive have their own auto insurance coverage. Worst dealership I have ever been to I walked in trying to ask questions the sales people didn't even want to talk to me because I told him I dont have personal insurance he turn his head and walk away. So I went to Mercedes been but guess what they didnt act that way and when I test Drive a s class 100k car they didnt even ask me anything like that and they acted profession not like this bmw of Dayton I would never referred that place to any of my friends or family

With all the supply issues in the market, it was quite difficult finding another BMW. I contacted BMW of Dayton and spent my morning texting with Orlando. He was so helpful that I decided to drive from Cincinnati to Dayton on a Friday evening during rush hour. Orlando made sure the process was super quick & seamless to respect my time. Great experience!

I recently purchased a VW Atlas to get a vehicle with third row seating and was very pleased with the process from the start. Daniel helped me with researching vehicles I would like and from the time I test drive off the lot I feel in love with the Atlas! Don't fall for the gimmicks of the post cards you get in the mail. Was curious and called, was told yes, I won 500 dollars and gave the claim number over the phone and flyer that came said no purchase necessary, but when we got out there, to prove a point and was not in the need to buy a car, was told then was not matching and not a winner, so was given a mini bluetooth speaker that was said to cost around 50 bucks, when actually they cost 8 dollars online. Verified by looking up online. All the mumbo jumbo print and no purchase necessary was a hoax, but if I was buying a new car, I'm sure I would have got 500 off my new car price. Beware of the mailers. I did it to prove a point to my spouse and had no intentions of leaving with 500 dollars for just bringing in a mailer.
