Hello, we advised you on all your available options regarding the adblue problem on your vehicle you didnt want it resolved you wished it deleted. Which is illegal for emissions as we advised and we came to an agreement of a stage 1 plus adblue bypass for a mere 250 which I may add we did you a courtesy of a price match at our unit otherwise it would of been 349. We remapped your vehicle for adblue delete, you were happy and you no longer had any Adblue issues. Which is what you asked for. After over month your DPF then became blocked, Dpfs blocking are a common issue on diesel cars, especially when you do not do many motorway miles and only use your vehicle as you clearly stated to us for short city journeys. We explained this in our lengthy telephone conversation. To which you admitted zero knowledge of cars. We then explained you can either clean, change or delete your DPF depending on what you wanted and your budget. We simply cannot do a DPF delete without physically removing your DPF. We offered to organise the DPF removal or you can go and do it yourself. Once the DPF is removed you MUST remap again. You then expected us to fix your DPF issue for free, Im sorry sir, we are not a charity. Our Ecu data which you claim was checked by another garage would only of been a snap on device and not remapping tools and obviously show an increase. A remap is changing the parameters of your ecu data including increasing fuel ratios, air ratios etc etc, so naturally there would be more increase for more power. If we were overfueling your injectors you would of had injector failure not your DPF blocking.......... please do some more research before you make these claims. Thats like saying If your brakes start squeaking or you get a flat tyre its because of the remap. Furthermore, we have a refund policy that you choose to not exercise, we would of gladly put you back to stock however you did not ask this. You buy a second hand vehicle over 10years old with problems and expected 250 to solve all your problems. We are not a mechanical garage. We are software specialists. We referred you to a mechanical garage that you could contact anytime. You have clearly stated via text message that you are really happy with the service and the car feels like a dream. You then put an amazing review on google on the 6th August. To which you have removed over a month later to write this because we were unwilling to fix your DPF for free. We are a family run business and take negative reviews extremely seriously as we pride ourselves on our customer service. I advise you do some more research or feel free to contact us if you have any questions directly as responses here will not be noted as we are a 24/hr operating busy company Thanks The Management Team @ MJC

Not professional and they just want your money. Had Adblue problem on my 2014 2.0tdi Audi. They said they could sort it, but itll be better to do a stage 1 remap along with the Adblue bypass for 250. I went along with their advice thinking they know best. I wish I didnt. 3-4 weeks later my dpf was fully blocked. I took it to another garage to get my dpf cleaned. The garage checked on the ecu data and found the injectors to be fuelling 2 times more the amount of fuel than needed and showed me a screenshot of MJCs tune. Terrible. Thus proving that their tune was the cause. So basically regardless if I cleaned the dpf or not, its going to be filling the dpf with soot due to the amount of fuel going into the cylinders/combustion chamber. I went back to them with this information and I got a point blank no, its not the remap, when clearly it is. They tried to sell me a dpf bypass for 450 when it was their remap that caused it in the first place!!! They didnt even want to remove the remap. Gutted, now I have to find another company to carry out an engine ecu update so itll be back to stock and then do the Adblue off, clean the dpf then it should be fine. Avoid!!!

Had my mercedes w211 280cdi remaped. It turns its been previously remaped. Guy did great job. Adjusted and upgraded software. Now it changes different and much smoother. Quicker and more responsive. Recomend the service.

Well if they tune cars as they responding for the messages better keep looking...
