I reached out to them to get a quote for a vinyl decal on installation. The experience was unprofessional ans a big waste of my time. Melanie called me a full 24 hours after my original inquiry. I gave her all the details about exactly what I wanted. She said shed get me a quote. She emailed me with the quote 2 hours later and it was nearly the cost of what a full wrap costs. I told them I wasnt interested and she called me. She then started to suggest that the price might actually be about half that. And that she couldnt give me an actual quote at the moment. However, theyd already sent a quote so this didnt make sense at all. She then began to get frustrated and just hung up on me due to having a lack of responses for fair questions Id asked. I feel the original quote was just an attempt to overcharge me and when I didnt go for the trap she adjusted the price to the more reasonable price. My suggestion to anyone reading this is to be very careful with this company. I dont believe theyre operating in good faith.

QC Signs & Graphics have been absolutely great to work with. Micheal and Melanie were very accommodating and seemed to have really really went out if their way to make sure that my signs and magnets were exactly as I wanted them. The front desk associate; Jennifer, ( I think that is her name. My apologiesis if I got it wrong) was extremely friendly and very helpful when interacting with her. My overall experience was great! I Will definitely continue to use and refer QC Signs &Graphics for years to come.
