Positively the worst online experience I have ever had. I wish now that I would have ordered from Etsy. I ordered 2 Calliope Pillow Covers from Coastal Boho approximately a month ago. I inquired through the vendor if the items had shipped as the site states 1-3 weeks I was trying to get an idea of their arrival. The vendor used stall tactics and non answers so I emailed Wescover directly. Miraculously received an email from their head of operations that the covers had shipped. The problem is 6 days later UPS has a record that a label was printed but that the item wasnt actually shipped. I have emailed her a few times regarding this issue to no avail. The vendor has not answered either. I will be contacting my bank to do a charge back. Please, if you value your money and your sanity DO NOT USE this site.
