Issues in production do happen, in any manufacturing activity. We have reprinted the job straight away (without being asked to). With regards to fees, I don't think anyone should be surprised being chased for not paying an invoice, and with regards to fees, court and other fees being added on is standard practice for any lawsuit. We gave plenty of time to pay it before we filed it in court.

Terrible company. Messed up 1000's worth of print work for a client, resulting in loss on my end, this is a result of them cutting corners by massively depending on a system to organise their print production. To top it off they have fined me an extra 180 for 33 job. As they overlooked the billing and delivery address and the invoice was never settled. This invoice was brought to my attention 1 year and 6months later and gave me 2 weeks to reply. The manager charged an extra 130 to cover an hour of his time to file the paper work as well as court fees. Poor service.
We only have good things to say about Print Chain. Extremely reliable company who are always quick to respond. The prints are always of high quality and the whole team are a pleasure to deal with.
Have just received my brochures today and i am absolutely delighted with them.They look really professional and i want to thank Megan for all her help and Damien for being so patient with my exacting requirements. Wouldn,t hesitate to recommend Print Chain and use you myself again. Thanks Guys!!!
Customer ordered unprinted masks. it stated on the order they are plain and unprinted. We take safety very seriously and we do not accept medical products such as masks back and resell to another customer. If we made a mistake on our end, we would have refunded and disposed of the masks but customer simply ordered wrong product and demanded refund. Not to mention rude remarks on the phone...

Ordered 50 printed masks through the website after uploading artwork at a cost of 151.51 after 10% discount. After 2 weeks watching my account which stated Processing Artwork I recieved plain unprinted masks. Not KN95 but similar to the 3 ply disposable, roughly 50 worth in Tesco. Return and refund refused even though product packing unopened. Please not when you have a problem with Print Chain you are directed to a holding company and not delt with by Print Chain. No customers service not a good company that is my experience. They don't give a f*ck once they have your payment. Should have stopped when Macafee said website risky.
