These folks run an eBay store. I ordered 2 games and did not receive either, but did get a single game that I didn't order. Obviously a simple error on someone's behalf. I sent a photo of what I got asking what was going on. Got no response, just a partial refund. Proceeded to ask why my full order was not refunded and got the remaining refunded with the following message: "Yeah it's kinda hard to keep up with hundreds of emails especially when I get multiples that say the same thing. So for our mess up I will issue you a FULL refund on the whole purchase" Lame. Makes an excuse then proceeds to say what they did, but never a solution to get me the games I ordered or a simple "sorry".

Stick to eBay and marketplace. Called to verify if they buy PS3 stuff only to drive almost an hour to have them not even look at the games or console. Understandable on the console, but to not even look at a single thing seems to be pure laziness and poor business practices. Don't advertise buy, sell, and trade for new and used when you don't even bother to open a single game- and don't tell someone when they call and ask to begin with. Let alone have someone drive only to be insulted.

Bought a ps2 and 3 games. 2 games didn't work and the ps2 controller had torn wires. Not good equipment at all.
