I would not recommend using Ballicom. We wanted to buy a HP plotter and the website said it was in stock in the UK. To double check, as this was for a customer and part of a larger install we called Ballicom and were told it was in stock IN THE UK. After placing the order and they took our money we found that the product was not in the UK and were were told it would take 2-3 days for the shipment to arrive from Europe. The printer actually arrived 5 working days after the order was placed and when it did get here the packaging had large holes where the forklift had damaged it. We had to chase repeatedly, the saving they offered was not worth the added time and inconvenience, I will never use this company again.
Excellent prices, huge range of products and speedy delivery with updates at each stage. Just what you need from a supplier. Their customer service guys were quite helpful when I had a query too. I will definitely be using Ballicom again. Keep up the good work.

Hi Sebastien We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience whilst shopping at Ballicom. After investigating this particular case and reading through all the notes made by our customer services team I have a better understanding of what seems to have happened. We have issued a replacement for you on the first occasion you contacted us to report a fault with the Fujitsu machine that you purchased. This was a direct swap issued for a reported fault, once the machine was tested by our engineers no fault was found. We then received a second request claiming an identical fault with the replacement machine which we are more than happy to deal with. If there is a fault with a replacement machine we ask for the customer to speak with Fujitsu initially to ascertain whether there is a resolution Fujitsu can provide without having to inconvenience you with the machine being returned again. After troubleshooting with Fujitsu if there is nothing they can do to resolve the matter they will issue a reference which allows you to return the goods to us for a refund or replacement. We are unable to authorise the return without this reference, this is standard practice with most manufacturers and only takes a short phone call with them to resolve. I should have read the reviews before buying from them. These people do not take any responsibility for the products they sell. I have basically lost 500 as they send me a computer that is not working and they do not want to do anything to fix the issue. They hide behind manufacturers warranties. Stay away from them if you do not want to loose your money.
