Mr. Sanchez, as president of Best Quality Designs & Prints, I would like to apologize to you for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding to the first order and, to be fair, even though the quality of our work was impeccable, we did make a human mistake but, without hesitation, you accepted the order. As far as the 2nd order goes, this could have been completely avoided had you sent us the file true to size ("Ready to Print") as we requested; my operational team always has been instructed not to touch / change / modify a color or dimension on any of the files sent by our customers unless we are authorized by them; we cannot be held responsible for the files that are sent incorrectly. We cannot see where the harassment is coming from, the invoice was dated 9/29/2021 and, we have been 2 1/2 months without payment and without the product because you took it, kept it and, never returned it; only until yesterday, after a voice mail I had left the day before, you informed me about your discomfort and the only thing we were asking you, was and is, to please pay the open invoice which includes the Uber delivery (Twice & charged only for one) of the product in September. In short, HORRIBLE Customer Service. Not one but two very poorly handled orders with this company. The company self admitted the first order was clearly their mistake and no resolution to fix the issue was given or offered. For some reason I decided to give them another chance on a second order and expected a different result. Nope! The final product I was given was nothing like the template I provided. Then the company attempted to blame me. Again no resolution was provided for fixing the issue of the second order. HORRIBLE Customer service! You would of thought they would try to fix things or offer some type of resolution but instead I only got constant harassment to pay for the second order, when the order was not even correct!

Don't go. Cheaper on groupon and they don't have to meet you in a rainy parking lot like they did with me. They service is run by 20 year old "business men" who don't put any effort into the work. Good luck getting a response if you paid in advance.

Best Quality Designs and Prints is the best in town. Their work is clean and they are very professional to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for canvas or acrylic work. I'll be going back very soon.

Great customer service! Very quick and effective turn around time, canvas are usually ready within 24 hours. Excellent finished product with great quality. I have purchased several canvas this year for personal and business matters, havent had any issues yet. I would highly recommend to get your canvas from here to anybody!
