It took one week for pricing! It took another month for 1st proof (poor quality proof) It took a 2nd month of no progress for me to cancel the order! So, 2 months and no product! I tried a NEW company and had a finished product in 3 days Owner is very unprofessional and there is NO internal process or procedure and NO COMMUNICATION - They don't return phone calls or emails. I am a professional buyer and this is the worst vendor customer service I have received in the past 31 years in business. I understand having a "bad day" or 2 but 60 bad days in a row - I don't think so!
