Requested an estimate. Came over in a timely manner & said he'd email me estimate. Never did. When I followed up weeks later he said he had a family emergency. It's been like 5 months and still haven't seen an estimate. It's a shame because I have alot of work that needs to be done and he's local. If he wasn't interested then just be up front. Disappointing because he's literally blocks away.

We were looking for someone to handle the snow removal at my mother-in-law's house in Fort. Saw their web page and it looked like they were just what we were looking for. My wife filled out the form, asked for them to give us a call and they never got back. A week later I tried filling out the form and got an error message ("there was a problem, try again later") when I tried submitting it. OK, I'll give him a call. Tried a few different times and Chad never answered the phone. Outgoing message told me he'd get back. Problem was, the mailbox was always full so I could never even leave a message. Based on the reviews of others it appears the guy did a decent job but I can't even find a way to get a hold of him!! Wondering if he's still in business.
