I just had a really negative experience while shopping for my wedding shoes. I have wide feet and just had a baby which made them even wider. Nothing fit me and the woman who was supposed to be helping me came up with no alternatives. I love shoes so had budgeted a lot to splurge for my special day, but I've decided spend that money on buying my guests more drinks instead! Definitely avoid this shop, not the service I expected from a luxury brand.

I have just received my Duck Egg Eva shoes for my wedding. I wanted to say how delighted I am by the service you offer, the stunning attention to detail in the packaging. The lovely personalised note, the speedy delivery and accurate tracking information, its been a pleasure being your customer. The shoes themselves are INCREDIBLE.
