Hi Tyler, I am very sorry that you have unfortunately had bad experience. Due to my health not being well I couldn't commit to the openings time. On top doctors appointment. If your phone is not fixed plz bring it on Monday. I would really appreciate if you would take this comment down. Thanks

Been here a couple of times at 10 am as it states it's open and no one's been there. Got there today at 10:15-10:20 no one was there. Frustrating as I was putting off other phone shops to use this one as the reviews seemed good and had to walk to the other end of town past about 3 other places that could have fixed my phone to find it was closed when it was ment to be open.

Mr Sion, when you came this morning, it was very nice to see you, the record of our receipt indicates that you have come to our store on Jan 2019. So, from then & now its been 3 months, you have accepted our terms and condition on receipt. however, upon looking at your iPad, unfortunately, we found damages to the iPad external and internal, it has been opened by your self-beforehand. If you had issues with your iPad you should be brought it back us during the time frame that was provided to you not after. We did offer you that we would look at the problem free of charge & if there is something small, we will also do it for free. If there is a need to replace the part you may have to pay for it. But you didn't like the offer, you wanted everything for free & it doesn't work like that with repairs. WE WOULD NEVER ASK OUR VALUED CUSTOMER TO GO WAY, YOU JUST DIDN'T LIKE WHAT WE HAVE OFFERED YOU AS YOU HAVE COME TO US AFTER 3 MONTHS & YOU TOOK THE iPad WITH YOU. SO PLEASE STOP SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION. On the Cost of The Repair - the part for iPad Pro the screen (LCD) is very expensive to buy it is not cheap, you pay for parts & service. Paying 200 pounds for the repair doesn't allow you to get free repair service for the lifetime & on top, we work on small margin due to high competition in the market. So, if you are thinking you have paid a lot to let me tell you, you haven't you would have paid the same price elsewhere. Regarding Charge/Comeback No matter in which way you have paid us, if the fault is from our side we offer you solutions or at the end, if we can't fix your problem we would have issued a full refund. You Saying - {{My advice is DON'T USE THEM and If you're stupid enough to do so, then pay on credit card so at least you have some comeback!!!!}} - which clearly tells us the type, intention & genuineness of you. Offer is still open to you, if you chose to take it. Bring back the iPad Pro we will look into it free of charge or if its anything minor but if its something else you will pay for it (that is if we need a new screen or LCD)

Paid 200 CASH to get my iPad Screen replaced 1 month ago only for it to fall off yesterday! On returning to Mobilapz this morning, I was told literally to go away. My advice is DON'T USE THEM and If you're stupid enough to do so, then pay on credit card so at least you have some comeback!!!!

I am very pleased to say that I have got the best deals on buying a phone from here. Others in shop were total rip offs. I traded in my old Samsung for new Samsung s7 edge. And they have even given me free case. Thanks guys ...!! Highly recommended.
