Worst customer service ever i called to ask if they have paper towels or toilet paper the guy who answered asked me why do i want to know i replied to purchase some then he says let me check and i hear him ask and he says this lady is all mad about toilet paper when he gets back on i said im not mad i just asked if you had any since most restraunt supply store carry them and i dont want to drive to Tempe from phoenix if you dont have any trust me guy no one is mad

Brewers connection has always been a great place until.... new ownership took over. The new location is like a closet, has poor selection and even worse customer service skills. If youre going to buy, limit it to low cost items like grain and yeast. His return policy is you buy it and its yours. I love to support local business but when the owner is missing basic customer service skills, I cant help but go to amazon. Better prices, return policy and selection. However the support staff is great! They stayed with the store and do a great job.

This place has gone down hill. Can't restock malt for over 2 weeks. Absolutely horrible since new ownership
