I implore you not to order directly from tibard, their chef jackets fit me perfectly, unfortunately though tibards customer service is a myth. After 9 days, 5 phone calls and 2 unanswered emails my refund should hopefully be being processed this time. I say hopefully as I was told on 3 separate occasions that that my refund was being processed, only to find out on the 4th call that it had not! I spoke to a man first who was completely useless. So again order their products from a supplier that stocks their items if you must buy tibard products

This would have shown you the input error (incorrect spelling) for the personalisation. We have to trust that you and all our customers have given us the correct text for personalisation as we have requests for nicknames, initials etc. We cannot accept returns for embroidered garments as they are not reusable and if this had been a mistake on our part then we would have replaced your order as an apology.
