They consider credit rating as opposed to just business revenue.When asked directly about credit considerations, the account manager Mark did not answer my question but instead encouraged me to apply. That should have been a tell. I submitted all my information, they pulled my credit and there was a preliminary offer and then no reply on 3 separate occasions over the course of several weeks. After calling what sounded like someone's house, I got a declination email from someone else even though Mark was confirmed to have been in office. Purely unprofessional. All they want to do is run credit and get whatever money they make baiting business owners to apply. They have no real interest in the clients. Never again. If zero stars was a thing, they would get a zero.
