I dropped 3 workshirts of on a Friday with the impression that they would be completed Tuesday even asked twice what day these would be done by. I was getting OIF VETERAN on one sleeve and USMC on the other a total of 14 letters on 3 different shirts. So i call Tuesday morning 11am and speak with a lady who reassures me someone will be getting ahold of me in the afternoon telling me they are done. 5:30 rolls around and i know they close at 6 so I call back in and a gentleman tells me that he didnt know there was a rush on it and that they weren't done. I was upset at the fact that he made it seem as if my work isnt a priority to them, the fact of the matter is you give someone a timeframe then stick to it, especially after the person calls in the am to ensure the work is getting done! I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.....
