As others before me have said, their work is horrible. I ordered a batch of tee's and hoodies and the prints were faded. I took it back to them and said do you seriously expect me to sell this, and they would not take them back. I ended up throwing close to $1000 out the window because of these guys. If your looking for a screen printing place please go somewhere else if you want quality work.

I was originally quoted one price for a particular shirt, but received an Estimate with a higher price. They acknowledged the "mistake" but on the revised Estimate, the price was still higher than originally quoted. They also doubled the quantity of another model shirt I wanted in spite me advising them twice I only wanted one of that particular shirt. They also requested a deposit twice, after I already had provided my card information and authorization. They also wanted to charge me $35 setup fee to revise my logo that had been used by other companies for promotional materials, including embroidered logo shirts, which is what I was ordering from Design - n- Stitch. Throw in numerous back and forth emails, three inaccurate Estimates, bait and switch pricing / gouging and zero attention to detail, led to a horrible overall experience and huge waste of time.. and no shirts, in the end.

I went here for the first time recently to get some clothing items embroidered and had a great experience! They were quick to answer emails and extremely helpful. Overall, a great customer service and they do a great job. Everything came out better than I could have imagined.

Zero Stars. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I called 3 different shops with questions that were answered kindly and with ease. I called this shop and was told one thing, hood was handed off randomly and Then I was rudely spoken to for the wrong quotes I was given. When I asked him if he could please give me the accurate quotes since I was given false ones, he didnt understand and blamed me for the wrong information. Very rude unprofessional staff. Will never work with this place.
