As per our confirmation email we can take up to 14 working days to complete any orders. Prints are pretty decent (although two tops have broken seams therefore holes) at reasonable price although they are very very very slow. Very hard to communicate and you wait for days for any info from them regarding your design. It sees like they simply cant handle the volume of business and need some coaching in HR. First order took over two weeks. Second (and last!) over three weeks. Seems like they dont really take small orders seriously. Would recommend for quality but not for the service.

I really struggled with getting responses to my emails. In an effort to speed the process up I drove to Woven Inc to see my sample, which was lost for about 45 minutes. I bought and express shipped an example product to my account manager however I wasn't getting updates - for when these things were ready, or when they'd been received. I had to really push for information. I asked for my project to be moved to another account manager who had the time to take the project on but was assured that Covid was to blame for supply chain issues - which I understand. In fairness I wanted bandanas that Woven don't already make, so it was a new project for them however my major issue was needing to send 2 - 3 emails before receiving updates, which took 2 weeks to receive. I don't mind bad news, but I don't want to have to beg for it repeatedly. I decided to kill the project so I can't review the product. They seem like really nice people but I found communication to be unworkable.

What an awesome company to deal with. I wanted some T-shirts printed for my bar. I was guided through different options with different places to put the logo. I was sent proofs of these different options so I could see what it would actually look like. Once I had chosen what I wanted, the T-shirts were ready for collection 2 days later. I must say the quality of the garments are exceptional. Will definitely use this company again!!

My dealings with Woven Inc have always been positive and the quality of their products are great. They are always responsive and personable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality garments for a competitive price

BUYER BEWARE. In good faith I paid for an invoice upfront for a purchase from this company. It was almost a 1000. Not having heard from the company (For 3 days) after paying the bill I decided to contact them. I was informed that they had forgotten about my order (It does state within 48 hours, on their website). They then promised to have at lease a design for me by close of business that day. I heard nothing back and received no designs. I sent a late email on the evening expressing my concern at being lied to, and asked if the account could be closed and a refund issued. To quote the response I received "In terms of being lied to that's a little far fetched, my staff work till 5pm so we can not comment on the delivery of your visuals. We take your comments on board and we will notify staff that they should no longer apply attention to detail so that a visuals are sent 100% on time thus potentially sending out substandard work" I was shocked, particularly as the web states a design will be received in 48 hours of payment and it had been almost 4 days and was running into the weekend. The manner in which the email was written from Sarah showed a huge lack of empathy for a paying customer that had every right to ask "What has happened, since I paid you". Please approach this company with caution, they are stating in their email to me that they will "NO LONGER APPLY ATTENTION TO DETAIL", a very strange thing to say. Hugely disappointed with this company.
