I bought their wireless auxiliary cord off of a Groupon deal. The thing stopped working after two weeks and when I called customer service they required that all customer service be done over email. After a couple back and forth emails, they were willing to replace the product...after you paid $8 for shipping fees. I will not be sending the device back because after the fees I'd end up paying $27 for something that doesnt work in the first place...I think I'll stick with wires.
