Hello Hallie I am reading the review that you sent and am sorry that I'm just seeing and replying to your post today. From the beginning of the pandemic we have been very concerned and conscientious about safety to all our loyal customers and to ourselves. We have mandated mask wearing according to state regulations and offer a free mask to anyone who walks in without one. Everyone who works at Worlds Apart has been fully vaccinated since February 2021. If no one is in the store we may remove our mask and intend to put it on again if someone enters. I extend sincere apologies if there has been a lapse of memory and care about this issue and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Lately, some of us have suggested that if a customer has been fully vaccinated we may both choose to go maskless. If another customer enters, the same question is asked.
