We are always concerned when a guest does not have the full level of service that is to be expected at Woodlands. I had really good experience when I visited first time. Blonde lady help me to understand what’s good for my dog. I tried the few samples and visited again to buy actually dog food. There was new employees she was sitting like a robot and saying “if you need help….” Soullessly and I picked some cat food accidentally, she let me buy bunch of cat food. even though, I brought my dog there and ask many questions. They treated me like a bad person when I asked for refund.
