I came to this print shop as the one I was previously utilizing for my brand did not follow instructions clearly, was not timely, and was not efficient enough for the amount of orders we receive. I reached out to the owner, explained my predicament, and she ensured she could accommodate me and my business. I drove 4 hours to Atlanta, got some test prints made, and proceeded to place an order. Fast forward two weeks and I am back in Atlanta to pick up the order. I assumed everything was correct beit I make a very well thought out order form. It is very simplistic. I drive back home and begin packing orders the next day only to realize I am missing a significant amount of items. Like over half of my orders worth. I call her and she explains that she opened the form (that is a MICROSOFT WORD document) on her phone and that it threw the formatting off to where she could only see certain items and sizes. I was in awe and really taken aback at the fact that I have encountered another printer who again, can not read and follow instructions. She was okay with replacing 10 items but when she realized she missed 40 items, she became dismissive and only offered a half-apology and the option to place another order. Because she decided to work off of a cellphone. I now have to sort through orders to find the missing items, re-order the garments, and have them printed again. All while explaining this fiasco to customers. I do not recommend this shop.
