I went to West Press, the first time in seven years, for their recommendation on a project I wanted to do. I was greeted well by the receptionist and she gave me polite recommendations on what I could do with my project. Another women came by and was rude and short with me. I said I would take care of it and walked out. If you have a small project this company will blow you off. They were rude seven years ago and still are on Wednesday 11-27-2019!
