Why do you feel we should have to replace a hoodie that is in perfect condition because you dont like the size of the logo? Thats the size we use for a youth hoodie- we are not Amazon and do not take returns as a screen printing company for items that were custom made for you specifically. There is nothing wrong with the hoodie except you want the crest logo to be bigger? Also, we offered you a new hoodie at half price because we wanted to be nice and accommodating on a holiday weekend- responding to you within minutes of your email.- So we should lose money because the size isnt what you like? And then you came on to give a 1 star review? not sure what you are reviewing since we got back to you positively- with an option, we got your hoodie to you in the time frame appropriate- and the product you received was exactly what you ordered enjoy the holiday weekend.

I ordered a hoodie for my son for camp. When the sweatshirt arrived the logo was very small in relation to the size of the hoodie. I contacted the business and asked for a new hoodie with a bigger logo or to return the hoodie for a refund. Neither request was granted, instead they said I can purchase a new one at 1/2 the cost. Why they think I would want an additional hoodie is beyond me.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Unfortunately our daughters middle school used them for their logo wear sale and we ordered 4 sweatshirts. It took several phone calls and emails back and forth over the course of a month+ to finally relieve 3 of our items, not even our complete order!!! Here we are 3 months after the order was placed still not receiving our 4th item and we receive a not so nicely written response in an email saying that we will no longer be receiving our final item and that well be refunded. Worst customer service ever!!!! Highly recommend going elsewhere!!!!

My first time ordering from Local Ink 516 and it was a great experience! First of all this was for a fundraiser and they donated their proceeds to help a family in need - which is amazing in itself - but besides that they responded to my emails fast and i received my order exactly when they said I would. They also used a great tracking system that notified me more than once that the item shipped/was delivered. But the best part was the hoodie i received was soft and beautifully designed! Finally one that does not look cheap - the print itself came out great and looks very durable. I am excited to wear my new hoodie! I highly recommend this shop! Thank you!

WOW thats a lot of anger over a sweatshirt not 1 review but 2!!!!! Since a camp hoodie is ruining your holiday weekend we will refund you. Please in your next review (since thats how you like to communicate) post how you paid so we can get you a refund.

After leaving a detailed review the business decided to respond to my review with a curt, crass response. While they did respond within minutes of my initially email, which wasn't necessary, they seem confused as to why they should replace an item that a customer isn't satisfied with. That is pretty much self explanatory...your customer isn't satisfied. They also said they are not amazon...totally unnecessary. Hopefully in the future they take time to think about their response to a review on the internet instead of a knee-jerk response.
