The 3% surcharge is a bonus for our back of house staff to help close the wage gap between the front of house and the back of the house since it is illegal to require tip share for the back of house workers. I understand challenges in business but if you're going to charge 3% more why not put it in your food costs instead of on the bill at the end. What's next a $15 per bill charge for your rent? Appreciate the response but again. Put the charge in the food cost, if it was transparent my server would have told about it prior

A bit overrated for my taste. The rolled crust was a fun gimmick, but wouldn't want it often. The sauce lacked flavor, and I added salt several times. Avoid the thin crust all together, was similar to frozen pizzas in grocery stores. Idaho springs is cute, and worth the trip, and the restaurant has lots of seating. Would go again if visitors come to town

Terrible service here. Young lady in front with short hair who looked like a manager was extremely rude and did not allow my registered emotional support animal to eat inside with us. She was extremely unprofessional and led her trainees in the same manner. Do not recommend this location, worst Beau Jos experience ive ever had and ive been to several locations.
