Sent me the wrong item and wouldnt accept the return or refund . Wouldnt take liability and said I ordered the wrong item . No customer care at all . Dodgy website dodgy business . Avoid .

God knows how this company does any business. I phoned them and asked if I could come in to review examples of printed and embroidered caps and they said yes. Upon arrival I was very rudely greeted with no sense of customer service. They then told me they had no example of caps or track suits to show me. I asked how they usually proceed with bulk orders and told them I have a budget of about 3000 for a large order. They said they take my design and get the embroidery done for a sample (after I paid for it). Which I said I was happy to do, if I could see a physical example of other work they had done. They said they had none. So I ask how we proceed from here and Walid (their "customer service" rep) said "nothing comes for free". I never asked for anything for free and clearly stated multiple times that I'm happy to pay for a sample and a large bulk order. Would strongly recommend people avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service. Terrible understanding of basic business operations and a massive waste of my time.
