Horrible customer service and very rude, the clerk blatantly ignored me and was a jerk. They have nice products but the negative experience completely ruined it. Something as simple as a positive and pleasing mental attitude is lacking in the staff sad. I wanted to spend a few hundred dollars on a guitar but I gladly took my business to Ted’s music store and had a wonderful experience.
