I was leaving my home with my 1 year in hand and almost tripped over a 5 gallon of water with my infant in hand. This was after my husband called and asked the company to ask the driver to knock on the door when delivering the water so we can bring them inside immediately. Thankfully I was able to catch myself from falling. My son could have been horribly. I understand if they do not want to enter the home during the pandemic but please knock to make us aware, or leave on the side.
