I went through FTD, and they used this location as a 3rd party to deliver my daughter 1 dozen long stem roses for Valentines Day. And they were not fresh our gorgeous at all. Horrible!!!! I asked FTD to use another local florist in the area, this place is NOT good. We are use to beautiful gorgeous roses that don't look like the dead.

Non professional behavior in my opinion. One of the ladies made rude comments to me and challenged what I requested. A paying customer should not have to deal withat no matter what! I will find another floral shop in the future!

Very rude and unprofessional. Didn't accept my order and didn't even say sorry we can't, just " we can't" and hanged up the phone! I called back to check why did they do that and again they treated me poorly, unprofessionally, and in a very rude manner, saying it is their busiest day of the year and they don't have time to explain or argue!! Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place.
