As a new patient I was disappointed with the eye doctor as I felt he rushed through the examination, he never even looked at my eyes I was in the examination room less 10 mins. Picked out my frames and a tech fitted and ordered my lenses. At two weeks I called to get status of my glasses and was told to be patient. The following week I called and was told the lab had broken the frames, new frames were sent. Ten days later went to pickup my glasses and they needed to sent them back as the bifocals were not made correctly. A week later went to get my glasses and noticed the frames were a darker color then I had originally ordered. Even though I could better I was very frustrated and walked out. I would not recommend Vision Makers to anyone. No communications and being miss lead leads to non trust in my book.
