I felt very unwelcome at this establishment & the crazy thing about this place is that I got tats from them before a couple of years back but they don't have to worry about me ever returning

I was unable to get a tattoo because I didnt have a mask. I called and asked if they were doing walkins which they didnt let me know I needed to bring a facemask Ive never had a tattoo I didnt know that I would still need one and then when I got there they didnt have any available for me to use and when I asked if they knew where I could get one the lady just said no. So I felt like the service wasnt the best.

James is the best piercer Cincinnati has to offer. Hes done most of my 22 piercings. Dawn is an absolute gem and she is amazing as well. The entire staff is so damn nice. I cant say enough good things about Skincraft. I wont go anywhere else.

I went and got my septum pierced. I thought it was okay into I was home and seen how crooked it was. The owner was nice and said he would make the guy do it over. My only problem is there was no apology nothing from the guy. He messed it up and was rude about it. I will never come to this shop again. That piercer need to work on his customer service.
