I became introduced to Money Dolly through Premier Fundraising, which I used for a school fundraiser. I have used Money Dolly for two fundraising events this past year and have been very pleased with the program/app. Any glitches or issues were immediately resolved and to be honest there were only a couple I could recall. It is very user friendly and has a lot of nice features. Being able to share fundraiser information digitally was extremely beneficial during the school year. This allowed virtual students the opportunity to be involved in the fundraiser as well as the ability to share on several social media platforms. The tracking ability was amazing, as you were able to see who had purchased an item in real time. The only suggestions I have would be: 1. To improve the ability to sign up multiple children under one email address. For parents with more than one child, a separate email account was needed to register the children independently. In areas where prizes are awarded to top selling classes and top sellers, this calculation needed to be conducted separately from the list provided under Money Dolly. 2. Change the format of the credit card in regards to the expiration section. On a credit card it is listed as MM/YY but to complete the purchase of an item, it needed to be entered as MM/YYYY. This was confusing to parents and would result in an error. It was easily fixed by explaining the correct way to do it, but would eliminate confusion. 3. The ability to ship items ordered. With covid and the fact that there are many families who live outside of the state/area, it would be a nice feature to have the ability for items to be shipped to those who have purchased. I believe sales would increase by adding this capability and have had several parents ask if this would be added in the future. Overall, both experiences with Money Dolly were extremely positive and I would recommend them based on my interactions.
