Hello Baby Bear, I am so sorry we couldn't help you with this. We are not presently servicing Chinese DTG machines. Many times they are coming from the factory in a non-working condition and not worth the repair. We are also in the process of training new technicians and cannot schedule any DTG services until February. Again I apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately he couldn't help us and left us hanging with follow up. I patiently waited and called several times. No reply. Unfortunate I really needed help with our dtg machine and was willing to spend the money since ee barely got to use our machine at all but few times. Very disappointed I had high hopes.

If you need anything embroidered go to Dr DTG. The owner, Mary, is very kind and welcoming, and will take the time to get to know customers. She is very accommodating and professional. I had her embroider my daughters lunch bag, and she did a fantastic job! I would definitely go back to personalize more things in the future.
