Daniel Mankarious We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience with you course, and if you have any feedback you would like to share with us directly, we would appreciate it. We are, however, confused by the content of your message; Caduceus logs all phone calls and emails concerning student issues and complaints. We have no record of ever having received a call from you on the phone, and the only service tickets that exist in your name within our systems are the payment confirmation from when you purchased the course, along with the completion report from when you finished your final exam. We also did not receive any feedback from your professor regarding any issues with the coursework, tecnical or otherwise.

If you're looking for ridiculously expensive course material paired with substandard levels of customer service and technical support, look no further. Caduceus will not only ignore nine out of your ten phone calls but will offer vague and limited assistance by the tenth call, that is if you're still calling. Find a different publisher. EDIT: Since this company decided to wait a year after I published my review, it's not a surprise that they somehow have "no record" of receiving a phone call from me. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

I took their Medical Terminology course during my undergrad year and it was super helpful in my studies. The course was super comprehensive, with built in flashcards, images, pronunciation guides, and activities; god knows I have a terrible memory and yet I've managed with all these med terms! Hilariously, their course helped me in the long run too because they also have an extended grad version of the Medical Terminology course which I have to take for grad school. Thank god I've taken this once already (**)ノ Caduceus is also super good about their customer service. They are very personable and that one time I ran into an issue with one of the tests, I called them during their opening hrs and they managed to get the problem fixed asap. All in all, it well deserves the five stars I'm giving them!
