I'm sorry for the poor experience. We offered to have your partner come in and try another garment on. We normally don't do exchanges or retruns for merchandise sold in our establishment due to the nature of the business. We strongly encourage everybody to try on the merchandise before they leave the store . Because of sizing can be different for everybody. Alot of what we carry is from Europe and the sizeing can run different per person. .we always ask if people want to try things on. We are not intentionally trying to upset you in any way.If you find your receipt we are willing to work with you. If you can't then I can't do anything. Thank you for the compliment on carrying really cool things we appreciate that. And we hope to come up with a solution for you soon.
