This store does not believe in the concept of accountability. If they sell you a faulty computer, they will blaim you instead of accepting responsibility. You will receive a refund, but if they screw up twice, you can no longer buy computers from them (not that I was planning on ever doing anyway, but their lack of accepting accountability for their products is unacceptable).
