Poor storage of wine. Bought a bottle of 2003 Medoc and it was preoxidized. I should have known better as many of their bottles look like they are in poor condition cosmetically. Could not keep the bottle to return as I was out of town. Mentioned to employees and they have nothing to say, not even an apology. Stay away. I used to support this store even though overpriced but never again.
