This company was not what I thought it was going to be! Low Pay, constant stress, too strict, micro managing, too many job roles for low pay, horrible training, trainers are condescending and fake! I can go on and on. Trainers need to be more helpful and understanding and in this training class several of us felt scared to ask questions because of the attitude or “push back “ as they call it ! We aren’t children! Thirty minute lunches and two 15 minute breaks and it’s mind , health, body and soul draining ! No praise for good work and dedication instead the trainers are focuses on the negative the total opposite of what the company stands for ! It wasn’t worth my health and happiness!
