Simple oil change - should be 15-30 minutes. Overall took just over two hours. I know they are busy. But I made an appointment two weeks in advance. Someone in the service department should be planning the work daily schedule based on appointments made, making sure there are enough techs to keep the easy stuff moving quickly while other techs are assigned to work on the longer, more complex service visits. I won't hold against them that the new construction is still not finished after more than one year, the trailer office is not what one should encounter at a high end dealership and the service waiting area is in the dealership next door. Hopefully the next service visit will meet expectations and I'll give more stars.
Go to BMW of Sudbury. Oil change special was mysteriously replaced by full price on the invoice. I almost didn't catch it. (Specifically scheduled appt for this 'special'). Then, no way to correct it at the counter (is this 1978?) "we'll need to send you a credit" argg Then $82 for tire rotation. Ridiculous. No more complementary wash and vacuum. Not important, unless the competition is doing it.
Awful experience. Took a day out of work to get a tire replaced . I waited for over an hour for the service and then they called me to inform me they ordered the wrong tire ! A complete waste of time.
