I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience and that we did not get the opportunity to evaluate you in the exam room. Our clinic is affiliated with a teaching institution (University of Houston College of Optometry) and interns are involved in delivering the eye care. However every single patient encounter is overseen in live time by a licensed UH faculty member to ensure the highest level of care.

Scary place! No matter what time your appointment is your going to wait for over 2 hours. The place smells bad and is in a horrible neighborhood. I left. I suggest canceling your appointment.
