Item arrived in a timely manner & was of good quality. However, I was NOT impressed by their customer service. I had to return my item & received NO communication after I was sent the return instructions. I reviewed the company's return policy & understand that they do not refund shipping. However, I was a little surprised that I also had to pay to return the item. After I returned the item via UPS to the address instructed, with the return number visible & legible on the package, again, as instructed I waited 5-7 days for them to receive my return & 5-7 days for the return of my funds. When I hadn't received any feedback, or refund, after this time I tried e-mailing their customer service, no reply. I then tried calling the store number listed on Google, no one picked up. I left a voicemail detailing my reason for calling & giving my call back number, still no reply. I then tried calling the store number two more times with still no response. I usually do not leave reviews & thought twice about leaving this one. But, as a Bride I felt like other Brides need to know this before purchasing. Customer service is very important & that's something this company is lacking. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company & I will not be recommending them to anyone else. *edit* if you would like to lie about what happened, that just makes you that much more of a sketchy and low quality company. If you would like, please explain the apology email we received basically stating your company was in the wrong. I'll be more than will to break out the (receipts) proving this.
