First, I had a great experience with my visit. From my first phone call right up to leaving the shop. Then, less than 30 miles from the shop...the engine light came on. Coming on that quickly tells me it must have been reset so that they could dupe a buyer. Looked to be an O2 sensor but was actually the cars computer itself. Now I see why it was traded in. All I recommend is having any car you purchase here thoroughly checked out by a mechanic you trust. I missed seeing that you replied. I appreciate that.
After dealing with Steve David the manager I will never buy another vehicle from any where else. Exceptional service and pricing really making the process so easy. U have a customer for life! Thx Steve!!!

Greg Kasmer went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and Greg went and inspected the vehicle and verified that it was a non-smoker car. He provide all the information I needed on the vehicle in order for me to make the 300 mile trip for a vehicle. Greg is one of the nicest and honest salesman that I have ever dealt with. I would not have made that trip to Middleburg, OH without Greg's honesty about the vehicle. It was truly a pleasure working with him!!! If you want to work with an honest and true salesman, Greg is your man!!!! As far as the finance department, Dan Walker was just amazing to work with also!!! He is not a pushy sales person. He is truly there for you to make sure you get the things that you need. He is not there to offer you the things that you do not need. Dan is the man too. :) This is the best place to buy a used BMW by for. For me, it was well worth the trip, I will make it again if I am ever in the market again for a used BMW.

Stopped at BMW of Middleburg Heights looking for a new vehicle and Im not sure if we were the first to arrive; however, the sales person ignored us immediately helped another couple that arrived afterward. I wont say its because were black and they were white. I wont make that assumption. however, the whole dealership did not feel welcoming, especially not to a couple of color. Had we been helped, perhaps we wouldve purchased a new vehicle today (has cash in hand). Im not out to ruin small businesses, so I wont suggest people stay clear. Im hoping your experience is different than ours and maybe they will get themselves together. I overheard the sales rep stated he was new today, so perhaps its a training or arrogance thing. Needless to say, the issue should be addressed. Also, the car selection is quite minimal, and the vehicles need better detailing. At least buff out the scuff marks.
