Placed in order for an expo we were doing. It included stress balls and ink pens with our logo. From beginning to end it was a hassle. First, I ordered blue stress balls and blue pens. I ended up with black stress balls and caught it in time for the pens or I would have ended up with black pens, as well. When I authorized BLUE. I gave info and tried to get this done in plenty of time for the expo, but it went down to the wire and I received the black balls the day before the expo. They tried to charge me for the black balls, but I complained because they waited too long to place the order and I didn't have time before the expo to return the black balls for the blue balls. They ended up not charging me for the blue ones, which, as a business owner, I expected and would not accept otherwise. Then, it took 2 months to actually have them run my credit card for the purchase. It kept showing up as "pending" and then disappearing, only to show up pending again the next week. Our expo was April 27th and I was just now finally closed out. I will not order from them again. I have no idea if this was a sales rep issue or an accounting issue, but I don't really feel as if this was important to them and if I dropped the ball like this for one of my customers, I would have just APOLOGIZED and taken care of it. Not only that, but I feel as though my sales rep didn't really listen to what I wanted in the first place and I was dissatisfied with the products that I did receive. I would give 0 stars, but it won't let me.
