Hi Michael, I'm sure this is very frustrating for you. As I said, when we spoke, I'm sorry that this happened. I do think your frustration is misplaced. Trove nor any of the many trucks that drive through this area have any control over the height of your wires or any of the wires that run from pole to structure. Over the years that we have been at 1070 W. 3rd, hundreds of trucks have driven down Holly St. and have never hit a wire. The truck that you apparently saw hit them comes here once a week and has not changed size. I would guess that it is the pole leaning into the street that is at fault here. It is causing the wires to hang too low and quite possibly was shifted further during the violent storm we had last weekend. You may want to direct this towards the city or AEP as they are responsible for the condition of that pole that is leaning precariously into the road and really probably should be addressed. We have been very happy in our Distribution Center and in this mixed use neighborhood. We hope to continue here for a long time to come.
