IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WILL.. I HAD MY LASHES DONE, PAID 40 FOR IT AND AS SOON AS I GOT HOME, THEY STARTED FALLING OFF. I RANG THE LADY THAT DID THEM FOR ME AND EVEN THOUGH I WANTED NATURAL LASHES, THE LASHES CAME OUT VERY THIN AND NOT WELL GLUED. TO THINK I SPENT OVER AN HOUR AND HALF OF MY TIME AND ONEY FOR LASHES THAT ONLY LASTED 20 HOURS IS RIDICULOUS. I WENT BACK THERE 2 DAYS LATER TO GET THEM REFILLED AND THIS TIME AFTER THE NEXT DAY IT JUST STARTED FALLING OFF AGAIN.. OVER THE PHONE THEY GUARANTEED THE LASHES WOULD LAST 3 TO 4 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE PERSON, BUT IN PERSON SHE SAID "OH A WEEK TO WEEK AND HALF".. I'M A VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND DEFINATELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE... WHY DID YOU CHARGE ME 45 WHEN THERE'S NOWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT 40 IS LISTED. A FREIND GOT HERS DONE WITH YOU FOR 25 AND I'VE ATTACHED A COPY OF HER TEXT TO ME. THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS AND IF I WERE YOU, I'LL STAY CLEAR OF THEM. FIRST THE LASHES DON'T LAST MORE THAN A FEW HOURS AND THEN THEY DON'T HAVE SET PRICES.. I'LL RATHER GO TO XPRESSIONS AND GET THEM DONE FOR 10 TO LAST ME 3 WEEKS THAN TO COME TO YOU.. (LESSON LEARNED) I CAN'T EVEN UPLOAD A PIC OF MY LASHES NEITHER COULD THEY AS ITS A BADLY DONE JOB.. NOW THE LASHES ARE OFF MY FACE...

This Salon provides a high quality service. The treatments are completed to a high standard. Your time set out is not cut or rushed, the salon is spotless and their hyienye levels are great, its been decorated lovely and your made to feel very welcome and looked after. I would highly recommend Bella Vita Beauty I espically love the massage and facials with Chole.

Been visiting the salon for around 8 years. All the ladies that work there are lovely and welcoming and treatments are all at a high standard. I have had Bella brows, facials, eyelash extensions and massage treatments and never left feeling disappointed.
